Easy going, at coffee shop next door. Discussed all the related procedures and tasks. Manager was super friendly and detailed about role. Was not stressful at all, more like a formal chat.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Physioflex Physical Therapy in Jul 2014
Interview
No sign identifying the establishment on or around the building. The building was overtaken with weeds. I had to ask someone driving a transporation van if this was the place, the address I was given was wrong. The roof was leaking horribly. The elevator does not work and they are renovating the entire lower level. There are at least 5 Physical Therapy Technicians/Aids who are all performing modalities including ultrasound, e-stim, and MECHANICAL traction! There are two Physical Therapists, one is the owner of the company the other is a sponsered PT from overseas. I am pretty positive her documentation was being forged as she was showing me how the system worked she kept guessing approximate numbers of pain levels and treatment times for the patient. On top of they she stated that their current documentation system does not have an option to allow a PT to co-sign a PTA's notes!!!! They only take Auto Accident Patients.

Question 1
There were no technical questions. They did however, ask me about my personal living situation and if I had any family living with me which they have no right asking.
