I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Photronics (Boise, ID) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview was around 30 minutes. They asked about previous jobs/projects, and also hobbies and current interest. There seemed to be a big emphasis on fitting into company culture. The questions were not super difficult.
