Initial phone call went over my experience and allowed me to ask questions about the role, Face to Face multiple parts. A Pair programming session, an architecture whiteboard session and two short overview discussions. I found the experience to be very fair. They had a very good understanding of my knowledge and experience. I also had a good understanding of the company.
