Arrived on the day and was given a short form to fill out. Sent to a room to wait where Steve Jobs the movie was playing! Waiting room filled up with another 5-8 candidates. Finally called through 45 minutes later to be told that they were interviewing 24 people today so don't have a chance to talk to everyone properly (I travelled 120 miles and took a day off work for that. Brilliant.). The CEO spent ages talking about himself and the company and being very vague with answers to my own questions. Focussed on their "5 step plan to management" that should only take 12 months. In my honest opinion, this company sounds like a scam and felt VERY unprofessional. After the interview I was informed I would be called between 4 and 6 if I was successful to arrange an "observation day". This is the same techniques chugging companies use to beware. I'm assuming they cottoned on to the fact I had it susses and was no called back. Neither have I had a reply to my request for feedback.
