Interview
I had two interviewers. Both attorneys. They really did not seem interested. They did not even ask the basic questions like "why Philips Lytle". The interviewers did not seem to know the hiring process.

Question 1
They asked about some of my experiences, my favorite law school subject, and which practice field I am interested in.
Screening interview followed by quick 15 min callback via phone. The HR Manager had predetermined that I was not going to receive an offer and basically went through a quick call as a formality.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips Lytle (Rochester, NY) in Sept 2018
Interview
I had a brief phone interview with the HR director, and then an in person interview in the office I had applied to with a variety of partners and associates within the practice group.
