I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Phillips 66 (Norman, OK) in Nov 2012
Interview
I applied after speaking with representatives at the career fair for engineering. I was selected for an interview and was told that the night before the interview there would be a dinner provided to the interviewees. This was held at a nearby restaurant and was to get to know the people interviewing us and for them to get to know us. At the actual interview they asked the usual type questions such as how certain life events impacted your life and you typical interview questions. They were at the time looking for someone who was graduating sooner than I was so I was not selected for a second interview. However, the second interview would be going to their facility to walk around and get a tour while being interviewed.
