The interview was very formal and impersonal which put me off. Afterwards I was contacted for a second interview and arranged a day/time for, while I also received some informative feedback for my 1st interview. Before the interview I was contacted again and I was informed that the procedure changed and they wanted to screen people based on their grades first before going to the second interview. At that point I had already been offered a position elsewhere and so I cancelled my application.
