Telephone interview with HR recruitment which took about 30 minutes and was a general recap of my career and experience. The first interview was with other Service Delivery Managers and lasted approximately two hours. It was a competency based interview and I had to produce a presentation to answer specific points requested. The Second interview was with the Divisional General Manager, this followed on from the first interview and expanded on the suitability of me for the role and how I would fit into the Philips team.
