How can you explain your role to someone who isn't familiar with it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (İzmir) in Jul 2014
Interview
We had a small phone interview first. Then we had a skype interview it was generally HR questions like achievements, positive skills etc.
After 3 months, I had a interview with the top management mostly about the future and how I will contribute to company. I passed. I'd say it is relatively difficult interview but you have to be polite and political while answering their questions.
