I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Jakarta)
Interview
Very detailed to the specifics of the internal company environment. Need to ask probe questions to gather more info before responding to main problem asked. Overall experience was okay in general

Question 1
How do you ensure services to users is bringing value to business?
I applied online. I interviewed at Philip Morris International in Jun 2022
Interview
Screening interview with recruiter was a good experience and I was invited for a interview with the senior hiring manager.
The first interview was a good discussion and the questions weren’t too challenging - more of a good conversation. About 5 mins into the interview I realised he was vaping. Throughout the next hour he CONSTANTLY sucked on his vape. It is very distracting when you are trying to provide answers to an interviewer who has smoke coming out of their nostrils!! Nevertheless, it seemed to go ok and I was invited for a second interview (after completing a very challenging numerical SHL and personality test) with someone from the team and the current person doing the job. I thought maybe the vaping was a way to test your willingness to work for a tobacco company so I hoped there would be no more of it in the interviews!!
Second interview was tough with competency and behaviour questions. I was also now starting to get an impression about the sort of people they tended to employ (very sure of themselves and Alpha male types). The final interview was the next day with the original hiring manager and another senior manager. They were 5 mins late, but offered no apology. Straight away they both started vaping and they didn’t stop throughout the whole interview. They both constantly sucked on the vapes, which I found incredibly unprofessional, distracting and rude. I appreciate it is a tobacco company but it doesn’t excuse what I consider to be the most unprofessional interview I have ever had!
The questions were tough and I never heard back after the third interview (not even a thanks, but no thanks) but by then I knew I couldn’t work there. If I had been successful i’d have to meet the CIO (not sure why no one is empowered to recruit anyone without c-suite approval!!).
Any company which thinks it is acceptable to constantly vape during an interview isn’t a place I want to work.
