I was contacted by recruitment agency. First step was personality, language and IQ testing provided by agency personal. On second stage i had interview in company HQ with human resource person and first line manager. Third stage was interview with first line manager and head of function and on last stage I was presented with offer by HR.

Second stage: set of Behavioral Job Interview questions (past behavior predicts future behavior)
Third stage: was most related to gain better insight on my interests and lineament with job requirements.
