First interview with HR conducted in a very proffesional way, very good communication about next steps . Second interview with hiring manager, he showed up 8 minutes late into the teams call and interview was very surreal and not professional from the side of PMI. He could not manage to share documents in teams . Indicated that he wanted me in the team and promissed next interview with his boss would follow in the week after . After3 weeks still no interview and finally after me chasing PMI while the hiring manager simply did not respond to my requests , a rejection came . No reason why i was rejected was given and i requested some info on that, but 3 weeks later i am still waiting for them to schedule this call. The hiring manager simply does not reply as well. In my opinion a very un professional way to deal with candidates .
