I remember I needed to upload a short video about myself (nice thing), then I was invited for interview. It went really smooth. Basically it was more like a nice conversation with a team manager rather than strict question and answer procedure. She showed me around the office - the working space is not so open as in different companies, but really nice. During the interview she told me basically I am hired.
