I spent over six hours engaging with various leaders who asked similar questions. It seems like a significant portion of the discussion was focused on addressing internal challenges, which at times appeared to be framed as business case inquiries. Leaders had very little knowledge of quality aspects and it felt like free consulting calls rather than interviews.
