I had two rounds of interviews with Phi Partner, honestly, both of my interviewers are pretty nice. HOWEVER, in my second round the interviewer promised to get back with some feedback, and they never get back to me... I sent two follow up emails and they just ghosted me. The company is very unorganised and I can tell this role definitely takes on a lot of pressure.
