The first was HR round. Trying to see cultural fit, past relevant work experience. Second was an assessment which covered topics from general reasoning, probability, macro economics etc. The questions were EM specific with lot of emphasis on sovereign default.
First round, then assessment, second round with team. Questions very similar from interview to interview, quite difficult. Assessment covers a lot of areas, need good generalist knowledge. Easy to set up interviews.

The process is tedious and frankly not practical. They expect you to go through 7 rounds talking to different teams about largely the same thing. There's an assessment component then followed by interviews with several people e.g., economists, portfolio manager,s and then finally the Founder
