It starts with meeting HR. They walk to the conference room. You sit and wait for each department manager to come in and talk for about 30 mins. Then meet with a few coworkers for about 20 mins each.

The recruiter from Pharmaron reached out to schedule for interview, I responded and followed up with couple email. No response from recruiter. After 1 week, I received a rejected email even though I did not have interview with them.

Two rounds with HR person in the company, excusing that the scientific interviewer is on vacation, waiting for more than a month for the scientific interview, a 40 min interview and rejection in 2-3 days as they had candidates with industrial experience and so on

Interview
I first interviewed with an internal recruiter who gave me the opportunity to ask questions. They gave me an overview of the company. There were several interviews with a site lead, manager, and staff and it was very comprehensive.
