I found the position on Craig's list. The posting did not give much detail so I emailed a letter and my resume, asking for more information about the company . I was called by the district manager to set-up an interview and met him within one week. District manager was very kind and interview process was very casual. It went smoothly, there were no treak questions and lasted about an hour. Later I did a phone interview with the President/CEO and VP of store operation.
