Very well managed, made me feel welcome and gave me the information I needed. I found it very beneficial and straight forward, all instructions were clear, helpful and to the point.

Lengthy questions and lots of them, based around your experience and how to better the pet community. They put you to work for about 15 mins on tills and on the shop floor, but the manager wasn't there for it.
