2 steps. One is written test and then viva. After attending for written test, you will get some questions about basic chemical engineering, including small maths. And after passing the written test, you will be called for viva.

Applied online and then got interview call. It was a 2 stage interview. In first viva was with HR where they mainly asked behavioral question. Second viva was with general Manager of the plant. In the second stage they asked few questions some were technical and others were related to behavioral question
