The interview consisted of submitting an online resume, passing a pre-assessment test, and a scheduled hands-on assessment then followed by an interview. They'll ask you general interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses, scenario-based questions, and what would you like to accomplish working at Peterbilt.

Little bit lengthy they called me in for a mechanical assessment and I passed then I had an interview a month later. Then a month and a half after that I was offered.
