It was a quick and easy process that included observing classes, being shown around the store and talking with other staff members for the In-person portion and then there was a phone call interview prior to that, which was around 15 minutes.
Easy process. I felt like I could express myself freely and questions were standard. My interview was with the manager and senior dog trainer. I brought extra copies of my resume and always brought follow up questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Petco (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
