Their interview process is very unprofessional, but this was a little while ago. Hopefully it’s improved because it was a terribly frustrating experience. I am also definitely not dragging this out

First there was a phone call asking simple about you questions and then two in person interviews (one with general manager and one with store manager). Both interviews lasted about 30 minutes.

Straightforward. Passion for pets and understanding pet ownership challenges and lifestyle will really shine. Must be able to demonstrate you can be polite and carry conversation. The process is very structured and I felt well informed of the next steps.
