VERY questionable recruiting tactics. I was VERY upfront and clear regarding my salary requirements AND the organization I intended to work for (this was for a Government contract). Upon being interviewed, I quickly discovered that the interview was for a different organization and that my salary requirements were not an option. I would never have pursued the opportunity if the Company was honest regarding the organization the position was with and the salary they could offer. It felt like a classic, "bait and switch" to increase numbers for a hiring event. As further proof of this tactic, a close friend also interviewed and had the EXACT same experience.
