Personal Capital interview questions

La entrevista primero fue oral con preguntas personales y explicación del trabajo a realizar, luego estuvo la parte practica que constaba en resolver algunos ejercicios y simular una llamada telefonica.

Having many years experience as a Financial Advisor and CFP I was curious about the company and their model. After speaking with HR I was scheduled for an interview. Interviewed with two sales managers and was thoroughly unimpressed. Neither had any previous experience outside of Personal Capital and both with less than 5 years experience if I recall. I had to ask them because their line of questioning was just amateurish. I thanked them for their time and cut the meeting short once we finally got to the comp discussion. i got the feeling the Comp plan was designed for a newbie right out of college not Experienced advisors successfully raising AUM. These are just my personal thoughts based on my personal experience.
