They ask you to fill out an absurdly long questionnaire and personality test. I understand getting a feel for the applicant. But this took a lot of time and effort. The amount of people who do these and probably don't even hear back is a dishonor to people looking for jobs and is quite frankly disrespectful.

Very complex but fair. The process has few rounds, that vary from CV submitting, to skills and language tests and then interviews. Must admit is slightly lengthy process but nothing out of ordinary.
