The test is provided by Bryq and it wasn't difficult. You have 7 days to complete the assessment. 2 weeks later I was contacted by a senior recruiter to complete a 30 min telephone interview. This was not difficult and informative. I then had an interview with one of the Directors of Customer Success 5 days later. My interview process ended here. Within the first 10 minutes of the interview he and I both knew that the role was not for me. The director stated that although the role is listed as a Customer Success Associate, it is more so a project management. I received a rejection email same day. Advice to potentials: Have examples of how you managed projects, be able to speak on those projects and also be able to speak on your marketing experience.
