I was contacted by the library to show up during the afternoon for a panel interview, which would be conducted in one of the conference rooms. During the interview, 3-4 people (who all worked at the library in varying positions) each asked me questions and noted my answers. Some of the interview questions were about what types of books I enjoyed, whether or not I enjoyed working with children, and what apps I use frequently. They also allowed me to ask questions at the end of the interview.
