1. Interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist. 30 minutes video call. 2. Tech talk with the engineering lead. Meaningful conversation without coding. 3. Tech interview with the 3rd-party service (60 minutes). Very professional. The tasks aren't too abstract and easy to understand. You have to explain your approach before jumping into implementation. The time could be short, so you'll be asked to move to the next stage, so use your time efficiently. This is where I didn't pass to the next stage. But after rejection, I was given the opportunity to jump on a call with the engineering lead and get/provide feedback. At no point in time I felt left or ghosted. I was treated with respect. If only other companies were like that. I wish Perpetua all the best and would consider applying again if such a need arises in the future.
