2. Interview: Personal experience, logic and problem-solving based questions.
3. Take Home Assignment/Case Study: structured but open ended. Values creative approach and flexible thinking. Difficult.
4. Take Home Assignment debrief: pointed, detailed questions. Need to defend assignment.
5. CEO interview: to gauge culture fit and approach to problems.
