I was contacted directly by the company HR via LinkedIn.
We set up a call, but on the agreed day, the interviewer called me a good 30/40 mins later as he was "out of the office and did not have the contact details handy" (in 2017 this is a bit hard to believe, as emails are ubiquitous).
The call lasted no more than 15 minutes, with the HR guy talking for the most part of it, giving the feeling he was in a rush. He then asked me very general questions, without even digging a bit into my present or past experience.
He ended the call saying that he would get back to me in a week or so as they had to "go from 50 interviews to 3 candidates to bring in for F2F".
All in all, it felt as if the HR guy was doing these calls only because he had to show that he hit a quota of interviews done for this role.
As expected, I did not receive any feedback.
