Let me give you a word of advice, save yourself the aggravation and hassle of going through their interview process. Just think somewhere between used car salesmen and life insurance representatives. The organization is very low functioning and communication is extremely poor between departments, so I can only imagine what it would be like to work in this organization. Human resources actively delegating their own responsibilities to field managers (who could pose a liability with their responses to the organization) and I am sure that is not even the tip of the iceberg. Department heads unable to describe compensation scale, commission programs, and no car allowance. This might tell you the state of the company! The incompetency of upper management and human resources should not be a burden on field managers who are actually producing in the field.
