Performance Contracting interview questions

Interview process went smoothly. Started with a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Was then called back to set up a video interview with the general contractor of the location I applied for. Entire process took about two weeks.

There are 3 rounds. Everyone was very nice in the interview. First interview was a phone screener. Next two rounds were video conference style. They were quick to schedule interviews. Fast process.
