I first did a phone screening with HR. It was pretty easy. I was offered a second interview with my manager. After that, I was asked to complete an assignment, which did take me several hours. Once that was complete, I was offered an interview with upper management. A few hours later I received the call from HR that I was being offered the position.
Submitted my resume, I was called for phone interview, after that I was called in for in-person interview, and lastly received a follow-up phone call with any additional questions before being offered the position.
