You send an email to the CEO, he forwards it to the Sr recruiter. Sr recruiter, Scott, reaches out to you to schedule. Interview process is terrible. Interview is company dominated, meaning it's completely one sided, bombarding candidate with what they consider "smart" questions which in fact are stupid questions to ask.

Interview
The initial contact was through a phone screening. they asked very basic questions to know you and your previous experiences. Then, there was a 1h meet the team where you get to ask the questions. Then, there was 1h skill assessment where you had to be prepared to lead a mock interview.
