Interview
Raleigh just had a casual conversation with me asking about who I was and what I've done. She has a great sense for who would be a good fit in this environment and hires some top notch personnel. She makes certain that you have a calm and patient personality for the position. It is a major benefit towards the interview process to have past experience with kids as well.
