Perceptyx interview questions

A standard process, an initial call with the recruiter then 3 interviews with different leaders including a role play of a qualification call for 30 minutes. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and learn about the business

It was an extremely long process. Several rounds of interviews, including a QBR presentation. Expectations were extremely high and unfair based on the amount of work needed to accomplish for an interview. Lesson learned that I will not spend that kind of time participating in an interview process like that again.
