The process started with an initial phone interview with a mid-level employee within the program that I was applying to. This was followed by an in-person interview with the same mid-level employee and the Program Director at the program office. The final interview took place in Harrisburg with the President of the organization. All of the interviews were fairly relaxed and more of a test of personal fit with the organization. However, they did want to know about my background and understanding of their work as well as my interests with regards to what the role entailed.
