Penhall Structural Engineer Seismic Retrofitting interview questions

I applied for the position online. After the phone interview, they discussed how they were expanding their business. They really wanted me to come down to their main office for the final interview. At the last minute, the firm pulled a bait & switch. They stated they did not have the work. but they stated they would hire me for contract work instead of the full time positions they advertised. This company is very disorganized. People need to stay away from them at all costs. All I can say is that the Glassdoor reviews are right on the money.
