I feel there is a discount between the people recruiting and management. The recruiter never sent over a list of responsibilities for the job you were interviewing for. in addition, the next interview with someone who knew the role was a bit difficult. I think asking candidates who are green to the industry questions about what they think the job entails or what they need to succeed is odd. Especially, when the explanation of said role is vague. That can seem as if you are purposely trying to trip up your applicants. My recommendation if you are thinking about applying is to learn an absorbent amount of information about the company before the interview. However, I can't say the salary is worth their integration-type interview style.
