There was an initial phone screening, and then a series of onsite interviews with several different individuals. One interviewer was remote and my time was limited with them due to the previous two interviewers running over. There was a follow-up group interview. All interviews seemed to go well, with questions regarding experience, culture, vision and aspirations. In the end, I was not selected for the position -- and was told I would not be a good fit in the company culture. Unfortunately, I suspect that the company was looking for younger team members.
