Two rounds of interviews. The first is very straight forward and casual with their director of HR. Second round is with the team. The questions never got technical and were geared towards personality.

All the questions are straightforward : "Tell me about a time that you had to deal with conflict with a coworker?"
They will also likely ask questions about experiences on your resume.
