Overall: The process was thorough and communication from HR was great! Probably one of the best (if not the best) interview experiences I’ve ever had! Process: (1) 20 min phone screen with Recruiter, (2) 30 min video interview with Hiring Manager, (3) Take home assignment (4) Five 30 min interviews with hiring team Everyone I met with was super friendly. Questions were pretty straightforward and tied to the JD… mostly behavioral/situational questions. Communication: HR was super responsive to emails and clearly set expectations on when I would hear back throughout the interview process. From when I first applied to when I received an offer took about 8 weeks but I was told upfront that I was one of the first people they were interviewing so they would need time to vet other candidates.
