The interview process was good in the sense it gave me exposure to many potential colleagues, giving a taste of what Peloton was all about.
The technical interviews were all pair programming exercises and the quality of these dependend on the Peloton employees being experienced at this style of interview. The person who did my first screening interview kept interupting me with trivial corrections while I was still working on the code whilst the next couple of technical interviewees were much more experienced and knew when the right time to suggest and the right time to let the candidate think.
The softer interviews were all about previous experience and other skills such, with lots of "tell me about a time when you..." style questions.
After the final interview Peloton strung me along for 4 weeks while they tried to make a decision; ultimately I pulled out of the process as I wasn't impressed by the lengthy delay and lack of communication.
