15 minute conversation w/ Recruiter and 45 min conversation with VP. Nice folks, but very shallow / surface-level questions asked. Felt rushed and unfocused......Not a lot of depth to the interview questions and process.

Mainly they just wanted an overview of career experience, with a few fairly general questions thrown in. Not a ton of curiosity or desire to go much deeper than that.
