Disorganized process. No initial phone screen with recruiting so you have no real concept of what the role is/comp/team/company beyond what you can find online. The phone call was with the woman whose role I would be taking. It was under 20 minutes and she asked 3 questions. I was disappointed with the entire process, do not feel like this process allowed for a clear representation of my skills as a candidate.
