Talent Acquisition ghosted me. I was contacted via e-mail and text by their recruiter, asking for my availability to schedule a screening call. I set up a time slot for the following day, received a confirmation e-mail, and texted the recruiter back. He said he would call me then. The call time came and went. 15 minutes later, I texted him to see if we were still on. He did not respond. The following day, I went to the confirmation e-mail, and clicked the link to reschedule. I set a call for the day after that. Again, I received a confirmation e-mail, but he never called me. Don't make me waste my time waiting for a call if you have no intention of honoring that commitment.
