      Waterspider Interview

      21 Jul 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Reidsville, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pella (Reidsville, NC) in May 2019

      Interview

Initially received an email about scheduling a phone interview. During the phone interview we discuss past jobs, education, pre-interview questions and the basics of the position in which you applied for in detail, the hourly pay/salary, and the shift you will work. Finally, if you passed the pre screening phone interview, they will schedule an interview with 2 or more people with the dept you applied for. The panel will ask questions that were a little different and more specific this interview takes about an hour to complete. Now the Pella Corporation's hiring panel interviewers comes with a bunch of questions where they like examples please be prepare for that. Each answer you give them they will be writing them down. So please study your resume' and S.T.A.R accordingly. Questions that follow along the S.T.A.R method a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing. Situation: Describe the situation that you were in or the task that you needed to accomplish Then they will also ask you questions about what YOU ENJOY doing, what hobbies YOU do. They want to get to know YOU as an individual! Which is a PLUS in my book!! :) Lastly, after the second interview is over and they feel as though you are a GREAT FIT to the Pella Corporation family. They will call you and give you an offer, contingent upon passing pre-employment screening tests.
