      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pegasystems (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2016

      Interview

Received an email from internal recruiter via LinkedIn. Had a phone interview with the recruiter and then another one with an HR Generalist. I then had another phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then brought in twice for interviews to their Cambridge, MA headquarters. The interview sessions were roughly 4 hours for each session broken up into several 30 to 45 minute sessions with a variety of individuals that work with this position. Interview questions were fairly standard and each group of questions were geared in respect to the various working relationships of the interviewers to this position. The interviewers were thorough and very polite and courteous. Overall, a good experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They did ask the dreaded questions of what is my biggest weakness as well as describe a time where you created a problem and how did you fix it.
