Interview
Three rounds:
i. General screening questions with Head of HR
ii. online with Principal and HR. General questions on sustainability and development. Both were very cordial and supportive. It was more of a discussion.
ii. In-person case study at the office with a Principal and Engagement Manager. Case tested general understanding on specific topic, and problem solving.

What is the size of the taxi industry in South Africa, and how many people does it support daily?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pegasys (Cape Town) in May 2024
Interview
There were two stages of case studies. The first with engagement managers and the second with senior leadership. Overall the cases werent too difficult and the interviewers were nice. They were a bit sticky about me sharing my current salary, which in my opinion has nothing to do with the role I would be stepping into.

Interview
First round is an HR screening in which they ask for your salary expectations and previous salary. The tone is largely informal and conversational. This is then followed by 3 casing interviews.
